How Do I get Started?
The 1st step – Call us! We want to get to know you, or the person for whom you are calling. This conversation will help us determine the most appropriate assessment option.
The 2nd step - Based on our conversation we will send you a welcome packet. This packet will provide you with follow up information, as well as the appropriate paperwork.
The 3rd step - Return the completed paperwork to us.
The 4th step - Set up an in-person assessment at Dream Catchers.
The 5th step - Based on the outcome of the assessment, we identify which service(s) is the most appropriate for your needs. If we can serve the applicant safely, then we will:
Determine the type of service that will be provided
Determine the day of the week and the time of the service
Discuss fees, possible scholarships and if insurance will cover the service (Speech and Mental Health Only)
