Join Dream Catchers for a three-day PATH Intl. Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning (ESMHL) Workshop, designed for equestrians interested in pursuing certification in psychotherapy incorporating equines and/or equine-assisted learning.

This immersive workshop offers participants the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while exploring current practices in the field of equine-assisted mental health and learning.

What to Expect

Led by Martha Dubensky and Nancy Beers, the workshop features team-taught coursework that brings together the expertise of equine and mental health professionals.

Participants will experience a combination of:

• Classroom instruction
• Hands-on learning opportunities with equines
• Practical applications for working alongside mental health professionals
• Practical applications for working alongside education professionals
• Exploration of current practices in equine-assisted mental health and learning

Whether you’re an equine professional, therapeutic riding instructor, or simply looking to expand your knowledge and skills in equine-assisted mental health and learning, this workshop provides an engaging and educational experience.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed for individuals 21 years of age and older, including:

• Equine professionals
• Therapeutic riding instructors
• Individuals pursuing PATH Intl. ESMHL certification
• Professionals interested in equine-assisted mental health
• Individuals interested in equine-assisted learning

Please note: Participants must meet all applicable PATH Intl. prerequisites prior to attending the workshop.

Lodging & Meals

Several convenient lodging options are available near Dream Catchers, with most hotels located approximately 10–15 minutes from the facility.

Breakfast and lunch will also be available each day for an additional $45 total, paid to Dream Catchers prior to or on the day of arrival.
